Damien Lysiak joined Spyglass Capital in 2022. He is responsible for overall management of the firm and leads Spyglass’s investment activities, operations, and services.

Previously, he worked at International Private Bank, a US Virgin Islands-based family office, as the Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw investment, finance, legal, accounting, treasury, and reporting services. Prior to that, Damien worked at ICMC LLC, a management services organization serving Cancer Treatment Centers of America and other clients in the United States where he oversaw treasury and financial planning; Avista Corporation, an electric and natural gas utility company where he supported the day to day activities of the treasury and investing function; and Washington Trust Bank, a commercial bank where he oversaw the commercial and international services departments. He graduated with distinction with a B.S. in Finance and Human Resource Management, and earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

Damien also serves on the Board of two St. Thomas-based non-profits – Nana Baby Home, a crisis 24-hour care home for children in need; and Antilles School, a private school serving students from Pre-K through high school.
